Services offered by ASCU

Tutoring

      Problem Solving Sessions: This is a service given by ASCU for the students who wish for  extra problem solving support in courses that they have difficulty. ASCU coordinates grouping these students and recruiting qualified undergraduate junior or senior student tutors to help them with their problem solving skills.

      Tutors & Graders Recruitment: ASCU coordinates the recruitment of student tutors and graders for Freshman Science, Computer and Mathematics courses offered to the students of the Faculty of Engineering. Details for application are given at the beginning of each semester.

Mentoring

      Seminars: ASCU offers seminars on topics which students may require especially during their first semester. Attending these seminars is voluntary. More information on these seminars and the timetable of these are given at the beginning of each semester. 

      One-to-one interviews: You are free to come to our offices with any questions you may have regarding your academic life at Bilkent. Just make an appointment beforehand by e-mail so that we can devote the time necessary to help you.
